Aerial listing photos that show the whole property

Aerial photos and video that show a listing’s lot, setting and surroundings, edited and sized for MLS, websites and social media.

  • Every job is planned around the FAA’s Part 107 rules for commercial drone operations.

02 Overview

Real estate photos & video

Ground photos show the kitchen. Aerials show everything around it: the size and shape of the lot, the roofline and yard together, and what’s close by, from water and open space to trails and the roads around it.

We plan each listing shoot around the light, the airspace and your listing date. Then we deliver edited photos and video, sized for the MLS, your website and social media.

Ideal for

  • Listing agents and teams
  • Homeowners selling on their own
  • Builders marketing new or spec homes
  • Short-term rental hosts
  • Commercial property listings

04 Process

How the job works

From your first message to your final files.

  1. WP 01

    Tell us about the listing

Share the address, the property type, your listing date and anything you want featured: a pool, a view, a big backyard, a short walk to the water.

  2. WP 02

    We check the location

We look up the airspace, any flight restrictions and the time of day that puts good light on the front of the home. If the address needs FAA authorization, we request it before the shoot.

  3. WP 03

    Shoot day

On site, we check for hazards, choose a safe takeoff spot with the owner’s permission and fly a planned set of angles. We frame the shots around your property and avoid lingering over neighbors’ homes.

  4. WP 04

    Editing and delivery

We edit for color, exposure and straight horizons, size the files for the MLS and the web, and send a private download link.

05 Before you book

Good to know

  • Weather and airspace can move a shoot date. If conditions aren’t safe or legal for flying, we reschedule with you.
  • Some addresses near airports need FAA authorization first, and a few locations can’t be flown at all. We check when we quote.
  • We don’t draw property lines on photos. Boundary questions belong with a licensed land surveyor.
  • Interior photos and indoor fly-through video aren’t part of this service.
  • Twilight and after-dark aerials come with extra FAA requirements. If you need one, ask.
  • We need the owner’s permission to take off and land on the property. If someone lives there, please let them know when we’re coming.
06 Pricing

What affects the price

Every job is quoted individually. The main factors:

  • Size of the home and lot
  • Number of photos and angles
  • Whether you add video or social media cuts
  • Travel to the property
  • Your deadline
  • You’ll get a written quote before anything is scheduled.

No one can promise that. What aerials do reliably is show what ground photos can’t: the lot, the setting, nearby features and how the home sits on the land. When the land or the location is a selling point, that context can be the most useful part of the listing.

Listing photos are made for exactly that. Your quote spells out how the files may be used, so tell us everywhere you plan to use them (MLS, website, social media, print) and whether the seller or another agent will need them later.

Not usually for exterior aerials. We do need permission to take off and land on the property, access through any gates, and for the occupants to know we’re coming. If you want particular shots, tell us before shoot day.

Often, yes. Near many airports we need FAA authorization first, which we request before the shoot, and some locations can’t be flown. An HOA doesn’t control the airspace, but it can set rules for taking off and landing on common areas, so tell us about any HOA rules you know of.

It depends on which way the front of the home faces. We usually aim to have the sun behind the camera for the main view, and we’ll suggest a time window when we confirm your date.
