Aerial video and photos for your business, venue or organization

Aerial video and photos of businesses, venues, campuses and organizations for websites, ads and social media, planned around people and permissions.

  • Every job is planned around the FAA’s Part 107 rules for commercial drone operations.
02 Overview

Commercial video & photo

Some places only make sense from above: a campus, a marina, a golf course, a venue with a view. Aerial footage gives viewers a sense of place and scale that ground cameras can’t.

We agree on a shot list before the day, confirm permission to take off and land, and plan flight paths around the people on the ground. You get an edited video, stills and the cuts you need for social media.

Ideal for

  • Small businesses, storefronts and facilities
  • Wedding and event venues, golf courses, marinas and campgrounds
  • Churches, schools and nonprofits
  • Resorts and short-term rentals
  • Marketing agencies that need aerial B-roll

04 Process

How the job works

From your first message to your final files.

  1. WP 01

    Plan the story

Tell us where the footage will be used and what it needs to show. We agree on a shot list, video length and style before we book a date.

  2. WP 02

    Permissions and airspace

We confirm takeoff and landing permission, check the airspace and any flight restrictions, and flag places that can’t be flown, such as some parks.

  3. WP 03

    Shoot day

We fly the shot list, working around guests, staff and the public rather than over them.

  4. WP 04

    Edit

We cut the video to the agreed length and add your logo or captions if your quote includes them.

  5. WP 05

    Deliver

The edited video, stills and social cuts arrive by private link. Revision rounds are set in your quote.

05 Before you book

Good to know

  • FAA rules limit flying over anyone who isn’t directly involved in flying the drone, and that includes the people being filmed. Crowds are the most restricted of all. We plan angles that capture the event without flying over guests.
  • Major stadium events, some public gatherings and temporary flight restrictions can close the airspace.
  • National parks generally prohibit drone takeoffs and landings, and many city and county parks have their own rules.
  • Music has to be licensed for how you’ll use the video.
  • Editing scope and revision rounds are defined in your quote before we start.
  • This service covers aerial footage. If you also need ground-level footage, ask.
06 Pricing

  • Number of locations
  • Shot list and time on site
  • Video length and editing
  • Graphics and captions
  • Revision rounds
  • Travel
  • You’ll get a written quote before anything is scheduled.
07 Questions

Questions about this service

Read all FAQs

Usually, from the right angles. FAA rules limit flying over anyone who isn’t directly involved in flying the drone, including guests and the people being filmed, and crowds most of all. We plan flight paths beside and around the event rather than above guests. Tell us the expected crowd size and layout when you request a quote.

Your quote spells out who owns the footage and how you can use it. Tell us every place you plan to use it (website, social media, paid ads, broadcast) and we’ll make sure the terms cover it.

As long as it needs to be for where it’s going. Many web and social videos run 30–90 seconds, but we agree on the length in your quote.

Sometimes. It depends on the airspace, any flight restrictions and where we can safely take off and land. We check your location before quoting and tell you plainly if it can’t be flown.
