Service · Construction progress

A consistent aerial record of your build

Scheduled aerial photos, plus optional video, from the same vantage points on every visit wherever the site allows, organized by date so owners, lenders and your team can follow progress.

  • Every job is planned around the FAA’s Part 107 rules for commercial drone operations.

02 Overview

Construction progress

A construction site changes every week, and a walk around with a camera can’t show the whole site at once. Scheduled aerial visits give you one consistent, dated record of the entire project.

We set repeatable vantage points on the first visit and return to them each time wherever the site allows, so each set of photos lines up with the last. Files are organized by date and easy to share with owners, investors, lenders and your project team.

Ideal for

  • General contractors and custom-home builders
  • Developers and owners’ representatives
  • Project teams reporting to lenders, investors or owners
  • Marketing teams that want milestone media

04 Process

How the job works

From your first message to your final files.

  1. WP 01

    Scope the project

Tell us about the site, the project type, the expected schedule and how often you want visits: weekly, every two weeks, monthly or at milestones.

  2. WP 02

    Site rules and airspace

We confirm the site contact, check-in, PPE and any safety orientation, plus crane activity and airspace. Sites near airports may need FAA authorization for recurring visits.

  3. WP 03

    Baseline visit

The first flight sets the vantage points, heights and headings we’ll repeat wherever the site allows. If work hasn’t started yet, a pre-construction baseline is worth capturing.

  4. WP 04

    Recurring visits

We fly the same plan on each visit wherever the site allows, with flight paths planned around the people working on site, and adjust the schedule if weather moves a visit.

  5. WP 05

    Delivery

Each visit’s files go into a dated folder. At the end of the project you can add a comparison set or a progress video.

05 Before you book

Good to know

  • Aerial progress photos document what’s visible. They aren’t a quality inspection, an engineering review or an as-built survey.
  • We don’t provide measurements or volumes.
  • FAA rules limit flying over anyone who isn’t directly involved in flying the drone, including site crews, and over moving vehicles, so we coordinate with the site contact and plan flight paths around crews and equipment.
  • Weather can shift a visit by a day or more. We keep the schedule as close to plan as conditions allow.
  • If your contract requires a certificate of insurance, tell us up front, and we’ll tell you before scheduling whether we can meet it.
06 Pricing

What affects the price

Every job is quoted individually. The main factors:

  • Size and complexity of the site
  • Visit frequency and project length
  • Deliverables on each visit (photos, video, maps, 3D)
  • Site access and safety requirements
  • Travel to the site
  • You’ll get a written quote before anything is scheduled.
07 Questions

Questions about this service

Read all FAQs

It depends on how fast the site changes and who is following it. Fast-moving commercial work often suits weekly or every-other-week visits, while a long residential build may only need monthly or milestone visits. We’ll suggest a schedule when we quote.

That’s the point of a progress record. The first visit sets the vantage points, and we return to the same positions and headings wherever the site allows, so the photos compare cleanly.

Each visit goes into a dated folder behind one private link that you can share with your team.

Yes. Tell us who the site contact is and what the check-in, PPE and orientation rules are, and we follow them on every visit.
